Jade Empire:  Never finished on the Xbox - but restarted and finished when compatibility was released for the Xbox 360.  Thoroughly enjoying BioWare's latest Xbox creation.  I still think I like KOTOR better, but this has an engaging story and characters, a wild environment (ancient, mythical China), and just plan good design.
